The Portable Metallurgical Microscope is a self-contained and highly efficient inspection instrument specially designed for metallography analysis of metals in laboratories, production plants, field inspections, and on-site industrial applications. Its compact handheld construction and lightweight design make it an ideal solution for portable metallurgical examination and surface analysis in demanding industrial environments.

Portable Metallurgical Microscope - The microscope features a unique magnetic stand that allows the instrument to be firmly attracted and fixed onto ferrous metal surfaces, including complex and irregular structures. This capability makes it highly suitable for in-situ metallurgical inspection and non-destructive surface examination of metal components.

Polished metal surfaces can be examined clearly at different magnifications with high optical accuracy. All supplied objectives are precisely centered and parfocalised to ensure sharp focus and smooth magnification changes during operation.

The microscope can also be integrated with a digital camera or CCD image processing system for capturing and downloading metallurgical images directly to a PC for data transfer, analysis, documentation, storage, and printouts.
